Early life and education[edit]

Altman was born on August 24, 1998 and hails from Houston, TX. As a young kid, she was always fascinated by astrology and would often read about it in the newspaper. Gradually, Maren started learning about psychological astrology and planetary cycles.[5]

Altman graduated from New York University with a Bachelors in Philosophy. Thereafter, she enrolled in a PhD in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness, but soon dropped out to focus fully on her career.

Altman began her career in astrology in 2017 by reading about finance and learning about the inefficiencies of the central banking system. That’s when she discovered Bitcoin[6] and later became an investor herself.[7] As a crypto enthusiast, she soon started analysing cryptocurrency trends through her candlestick charts. Maren believes planetary alignment is the key to predicting Bitcoin’s future price.[8][9]

Altman’s expertise in political and financial astrology soon garnered her fame on TikTok and helped her gain over 1 million followers.[10] As an astrologer, Maren also talks about the 12 zodiac signs based on their physical features.[11][12]

Altman is an entrepreneur who runs an astrology academy, where she offers astrology courses. She is also the co-founder of Stellium X, a software-as-a-service company aimed at making it easier for astrologists to market themselves. Maren is the CEO and founder of Astrace, where she aims to connect astrology to the field of blockchain.[13][14]

Maren has done a few sponsored videos for projects like Handshake, Sushiswap, and Deflect Protocol as a TikTok star[15] and model. She also gained notoriety for correctly predicting that Joe Biden would win the US election.[16]

Maren has 1.3 million followers on TikTok and 201K subscribers on YouTube. She has a net worth of $2.2 million as of 2022.[17]
